Terms and Conditions

This limited-time Promotion, “Free Smart Opener with Full View Purchase”, is offered by  ELEMENT DOORS AND GARAGES and provides first-time customers with one (1) smart garage door opener by choice of Element Doors and Garages, at no additional cost with the purchase and professional installation of one (1) aluminum full view garage door.

By participating in this Promotion, the customer agrees to the following:

Eligibility

1. Promotion is valid for first-time residential customers only. Existing, commercial, or returning customers are not eligible.

2. Promotional pricing is valid 12:00AM CST, October 6 – 11:59PM CST, October 12, 2025 only.

3. Must be 18 years of age or older to participate.

4. Customer must purchase both the aluminum full view garage door and installation service from Element Doors and Garages.

5. Promotion applies only to qualifying purchases made and contracts signed during the published promotion period.

6. Customer must reside within Element Garage Door’s standard service area of a 30 mile radius from our physical address, 13714 Hempstead rd, Houston, Tx 77040. Additional travel or service fees may apply for job sites outside of the service area.

Product & Installation

1. Promotion applies to center mount smart garage door openers only.

2. Customers may request a side mount opener; in such cases, Element Doors and Garages will apply a credit equal to the value of the eligible center mount opener towards the side mount opener upgrade. The customer is responsible for paying the difference.

3. All openers are subject to manufacturer availability. If an opener needs to be substituted, Element Doors and Garages reserves the right to substitute with a comparable model of equal value chosen by Element Doors and Garages.

4. Standard installation for the center mount opener is included. Additional work such as electrical modifications, structural reinforcements, or special accommodations outside of the job scope agreed upon under signed contract may incur extra charges. All additional work must be disclosed and in writing on the signed estimate before work begins.

Quotes & Pricing

1. All written quotes are valid only during the promotion period. Expired quotes will not be honored.

2. Taxes, permit fees, haul-away/disposal fees, or other government-mandated charges are not included in the promotional offer and remain the responsibility of the customer unless expressly authorized in writing by Element Doors and Garages.

3. Discounts, coupons, or other promotional offers may not be combined with this promotion unless expressly authorized in writing by the Element Doors and Garages.

Limitations & Exclusions

1. Promotion is limited to one (1) free smart opener per qualifying garage door purchased. Multiple door purchases may qualify for multiple openers, at Element Doors and Garages’ sole discretion.

2. This offer is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be applied to past purchases.

3. The promotion does not cover maintenance, repair services, or parts beyond the initial installation and 90 day labor warranty period.

4. Element Doors and Garages is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturer lead times, shipping disruptions, or events beyond its control.

General Terms

1. Promotion is valid only during the published promotion period. Element Doors and Garages reserves the right to extend, modify, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

2. All sales are subject to Element Doors and Garages standard sales contract and warranty policies.

3. Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

4. Any disputes arising from this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of Texas, and venue shall be in Harris County, Texas.
